With over three decades of hands-on industry experience, Jamie has been a respected figure in the Australian plumbing sector since 1989. Originally from Swan Hill, Jamie began his career with a strong focus on technical excellence and a commitment to high standards, which laid the foundation for his future as a business leader.

In 1995, Jamie established his own commercial plumbing business, delivering premium plumbing solutions across both high-end residential and large-scale commercial projects. His reputation for reliability, innovation, and meticulous workmanship has made him a trusted name among industry partners and clients alike.

Jamie brings specialised expertise in correctional infrastructure and has played a pivotal role in the design and implementation of the piezo systems currently used in prison facilities Australia-wide. JESSICA COFFEY

Jess joined JWC Plumbing in 2012, bringing with her a background in Financial Services. Starting out in Accounts and Administration alongside Jamie, she gradually took on new responsibilities, learning how to complete take-offs and assist with quoting through hands-on experience and a willingness to learn.

Over time, Jess transitioned into the role of Estimator and Contract Administrator, supporting the team across a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Growing up in a family of tradespeople, she developed an early understanding of the construction industry and how jobs progress on site—knowledge that continues to support her work today.

Since joining JWC in 2018, Di has played a key role in the growth and evolution of the business. Her leadership was instrumental in the successful separation of the Plumbing and Roofing divisions, and she now oversees the operations of both companies with clarity, consistency, and efficiency.

As Office Manager, Di wears many hats. She manages the company’s accounts, keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly, and ensures the entire team stays on track. Her ability to balance structure with adaptability makes her an essential part of JWC’s continued success.

In addition to her operational role, Di coordinates all Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements across both businesses.
